Every arrangement is customized. Home stewardship services complement, but do not replace, licensed contractors, property management, housekeeping, or security services.

A Tranquil Presence is open to long-term home stewardship arrangements in which a private guest house, casita, or other separate living space is provided in exchange for a dependable, ongoing presence and personalized home support.
Home stewardship services are also available to a small number of homeowners in the surrounding community.
